Gina Law is a multi-disciplinary artist living in Western Sydney next to the Georges River Reserve, and its influence can be seen in her work as she draws a lot of inspiration from the landscape around her.
Her artwork plays with the non realistic, looking beyond what we can see through her ability in capturing the feelings and emotions of a situation or a space. The use of symbolism and mark making in her work allows her to express these emotions.
Gina’s work is also deeply influenced by the strong family ties in her life and through the support they give her. She hopes that other can relate to her work, and feel the connections that she creates.
